Iulian is a senior trainer and consultant with a direct business experience of over 20 years in large corporations, at both national and international level. For the last five years he has been acting as a senior consultant for TMI and Qualians companies.

Along his career, Iulian played both the role of an internal professional (as a National Training Manager for JTI company during 2001- 2014), and the role of an external consultant for different multinational companies, which allowed him to gain an extensive business exposure and professional maturity.

His area of expertise covers: Change Management, Leadership development, Learning and development, talent and performance management, organizational culture development, team coaching and team development, sales and negotiations and advanced Project Management. He designed and implemented over 100 sessions of Team Development for over 1000 participants, both Romanian and foreigners.

Iulian either coordinated as Project Manager, or acted as project team member for important global and national projects:
• Transformation Manager for the Global JTI SAP project (2 years);
• Project Manager for a large project of professional training for management lines estimated at over 1 billion Euros (during 2009 - 2012).

He participated in numerous conferences and seminars both in Romania and abroad, within prestigious management institutions: CIPD London, MCE Brussel, IMD Lausanne, Master Training Institute Geneva, PDI Switzerland.

• Assessor Certification from PDI, London, UK;
• Instructional Design from 4MAT, Romania.

Iulian is a Romanian citizen and he fluently speaks German and English.
