1. Workshop facilitation

The team designs and facilitates the conversation.

    Depending on your specific situation, we start to plan the workshop looking at:
  •  Your objective – what will be accepted as evidence of a successful outcome?
  •  The discussion question – what is the issue to be discussed/resolved/brainstormed?
  •  Focus question– what we will need to ask participants, in the beginning: whether or not they agree that this is an issue to be discussed?
    • On the session we will combine two essential ingredients of facilitation: the right amount of interaction, and the proper level of participants contribution to reach the expected result.

In addition, we offer a variety of retreats that run for three days and two nights that immerse attendees in transformative leadership & team building activities and theories.

Clients leave rejuvenated and inspired, filled with new information and new relationships that allow them to make immediate changes in their work and lives.

  1.  Understand the context and the purpose of the event. That is critical to getting the right content and planning properly the event.
  2.  Manage the energy and engagement throughout the whole event. Inspire, energize and activate participants, help them open up them to learning, goal setting, understanding the way forward and making a real commitment to be part of the change.
  3.  Follow up the event to keep the messages alive and support your teams to uphold their commitment to change.
