Raluca brings the experience of running several roles in people development over a span of 16 years, working as both an external consultant, and an internal T&D professional across different industries. This enabled her to build a rounded perspective in the field, and therefore act from a versatile background.

She is a performance oriented coach and trainer, who accompanies her clients on themes related to leadership, performance, collaboration, emotional intelligence, personal influence and impact.

During her professional experience, Raluca took over a number of different roles in corporate environments (such as trainer, coach, facilitator, program designer, consultant, project manager) crossing over a number of different industries (FMCG, auto, business process outsourcing, banking, financial services, telecom etc).

In these roles, she conducted several projects involving coaching, mentoring, and people development. One of her areas of expertise regards designing and running long term leadership development programs for senior management teams based on a blended formula of training and 1 to 1 coaching / team coaching.

Raluca’s qualifications:

• Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coach Federation (ICF);
• Certified trainer in Situational Leadership II and Situational Front Line Leadership (Ken Blanchard);
• Accredited Human Synergistics consultant (LSI, GSI);
• Certified as NLP Practitioner with IANLP .

In her consultancy projects, Raluca has worked with managers and staff at different levels throughout medium & large international organisations including: WNS Global Services, JTI, Danone, Adient, Honeywell, ING Bank, Vodafone, Pepsico, TUI, Mars, Federal Mogul, KPMG, Alpha Bank, Deutsche Telekom, SNC Lavalin.
